Today I chat with Tommy, co-founder of La Cure and wellness enthusiast. We start diving deep into Tommy's moment of truth - where he was forced away from a career he thought he would pursue, followed by an accident which landed him in jail, to a completely revised outlook on life and purpose. This time gave him the opportunity to do the inner work and develop habits that still help him in tough moments today.
