What was it like behind the scenes of the Buffalo Run? Why ultimately did the race get cancelled? In Episode #319, Race Director Jim Skaggs talks about this years events and what went down. Our good friend Kirk Probasco is about to take on the Buffalo Run 50 mile race on March 24, 2023. This will be his first 50 mile race and we get him behind the mic to get some thoughts. This show is much more than someone taking on a 50 mile race, Kirk has conquered so much more in his life. He started running at 47 years old and hasn't looked back.

Preston is back to the mainland from Oahu where he toed the line at the ominous HURT 100. We had Preston on a few weeks ago and talked about his approach and race strategy going into his second HURT 100.  We get a blow by blow of the race and some great information for anyone planning on racing this year.

Preston also shows us what this sport is all about with a tough end to the race.
