Unfortunately, these programs are often not tailored to meet the specific needs of these communities. Hence, there's a pressing need to rethink our approach and become more innovative in how we deliver them.

Martin has pioneered a sports-based youth development program called D.O.P.E., which utilizes sports and movement to support youth and adolescents in underserved communities, helping them overcome trauma and fostering life skills they might otherwise lack access to.
