TWR 037: Cardio and Training in a Fasted State

Listen Later

The fitness industry for years has disseminated several "rules" that needed to be followed for people to achieve weight loss or muscle gain results. With so many rules – that many times contradicted each other – losing weight specifically turned into a difficult thing to do for many people. Training or doing cardio while fasted, is one of these key ideas that has become popular recently, but still causes, to this day, many questions.

In this episode of The Wellness Revolution Podcast, Amber dives deep into the concept of fasted cardio and training. Amber shares that these options have been working for her, but that doesn't make it a universal truth. Everyone is different so everyone should look for solutions that make sense and are enjoyable. If fasting in the mornings or doing fasted exercise makes you feel good, go for it!
