The other day, one of you asked me how I was able to heal and move on after my divorce. I won't lie, it wasn't easy or straightforward, but I was able to do it. Whether you've experienced a traumatic divorce, life change, injury, or any other traumatic experience, you can overcome it.
In today's Wellness Revolution, I'm sharing the 3 steps I took to overcome my trauma, navigate the inevitable triggers and emotions attached to it, and move on to live a fulfilling life. These 3 steps can be used to work through whatever you're going through, so you can also move forward and live your best life.
With these tips and practices, you'll not only start healing your trauma, you'll also get better at handling the triggers and emotions that come after the traumatic event.
Remember, follow what lights you up. It's your responsibility to fill up your own cup… and when you do that, you're going to be a better person (and feel a hell of a lot better, too).
Key Highlights:
"Transformation will happen when you get sick of your own bullsh*t."
