In this episode we speak with the UK's fastest ever HYROX woman, Rebecca Mason.  Becs has a pretty amazing record in HYROX; she won her age group at the last World Championships in Las Vegas, she’s just qualified for the Elite 15 at the upcoming world championships, she’s the and she holds the age group world record in the 35-39 age group.  It was a great chat, we talk about her background, how she manages to fit in training around work and being a mum, we talk about mindset, her training and lots more.
