This is the most vulnerable episode I’ve ever recorded. For months, I’ve been putting this off, waiting until I had it “all figured out.” But the truth is, I’m still in the thick of it — navigating heartbreak unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.

Today, I’m sharing from a place of raw emotion, not from a place of neatly packaged lessons. I don’t have all the answers yet.

What I do have is my commitment to being open, honest, and real with you — even when I feel like I’m still piecing myself back together.

Relationships have always been my greatest teacher, and this one is no different. I trust that this pain is shaping me, even if I can’t see the full picture yet.
