A big lesson I’m right in the middle of is unlearning a pattern I didn’t even know was running so many areas of my life–my relationship with receiving. In this episode, I reflect on my personal journey with worthiness and receiving, and the small, powerful ways I’m actively shifting the pattern at its root. I share how to identify where in your life you feel “undeserving” of receiving, stretch your self-worth muscle, and support yourself when triggers show up.
