In May of 1988, eight-year-old Malakia “Kia” Logan vanished while riding her bike just a few hundred yards from her home in Greenwood County, South Carolina. Despite massive searches, Kia was never found. Two years later, a hunter in Newberry County made a chilling discovery that would confirm the community’s worst fears. Decades have passed since Kia disappeared, and while her memory lives on, her killer has never been brought to justice.
