Today we are practicing a beautiful Pranayama or Breath Exercise. Viloma is a great way to gain control of your breath and to really work very consciously with the breath. The benefits are, of course, many! It is very helpful to relieve anxiety, it is a great way to relieve PMS tension and it is cooling and calming so great to do after an active yoga class.


When you are practicing try not to allow any tension to come into the body! Keep your breath relaxed and soft. Really exploring the different areas of your lungs with this breath is just a wonderful practice! Enjoy!
