In the past 2 years, I've felt it ALL. At times I thought that the intensity of the pain would break me; and if I'm being honest, it did. But not in the ways I thought it would. Today, I reflect back on what 2025 taught me about heartbreak, about loss, and how these lessons set you up for success in 2026. I share why you can't expand your capacity without first breaking, and how to become the version of you that can hold everything you desire.
