👉 Dismissive-avoidant individuals tend to avoid intimacy and emotional attachment. They may believe that they don't need anyone, suppress their emotions, and often have an easy time ending relationships.
👉Fearful-avoidant (also known as disorganized attachment) can display both anxious and avoidant tendencies. They may want emotional intimacy but are afraid of getting hurt, which can lead to conflicting behaviors and emotional instability.
