I cannot believe we went for over 2 hours on this one. Before the show I was wondering if we were going to have enough information to talk about and sure enough we did.

I don’t know why I even have those thoughts but somehow we always have more than enough to talk about.

I think when you’re on the road of personal development and on an insatiable quest for learning and for truth, you’re always going to have insights you’d like to share along the way.

We started off talking about names and what names say about us. What is a name? Well turns out that subject in and of itself is can take you down a philosophical path of self discovery and what our place in the universe is.

Life sure is fun isn’t it?

Who would have thought so much could be said about just a name?

Then we talked about reincarnation and past lives. Do you think they’re true? Is reincarnation something that happens? Growing up in a Christian nation or a religious family you might not think so.

Is there a way to marry the two ideas? Kate and I talk about that for a little while.

Then we talked about sun gazing. Have you heard of this? Essentially it is becoming breatharian which is a person who lives off the light of the sun. Food is just the middle man here. Why not go directly to the source and “eat the sun” as the movie I watched talked about?

People claim that it’s a spiritual quest to get their vitamins, minerals, nutrients and more from the sun and as a result they don’t need to eat any food.

It’s really interesting. I have no draw to it but I find it fascinating.
