On this episode, Linda and Dana share takeaways from a roundtable they attended with John Maxwell where they met Dan Cathy, the son of Chick-fil-A founder Truett Cathy.  They share how it took ten years for the phrase "My pleasure" to catch on at Chick-fil-A, and the lasting vlaue it brought to the restaurant. They also discuss the importance of going the extra mile or doing second mile behaviors, as there isn't much competition there. They dive into how leaders like John Maxwell and Dan Cathy have traits in common, like edifying everyone around them, and keeping great people around them all the time. They also discuss Chick-fil-A's emphasis on leadership development and how that approach effects all areas of their business.
