Over the past year and a half, I’ve been taking a hard look at the relationships, partnerships, and dynamics in my life—both personally and professionally—and realizing where I’ve been holding on out of comfort, history, or compassion, instead of true alignment.

I share how I’ve been raising my standards, honoring my non-negotiables, and curating an energy that reflects the woman I am today.
