This is probably one of the most controversial episodes I have recorded. Please note that this is from my heart and from a space of COMPASSION Here it is: I deleted TikTok because I think it is toxic (please keep in mind this is my perspective). I did a two-week emotional and energy experiment and recorded this to share the results. My conclusion is that I think it's one of the fastest ways to lower your vibration, especially if you are an empath.
