As a business coach, I take my role really seriously which is why I’ve had my own coach since the beginning of my business journey. I’ve had a number of coaches over the years and in this episode, I share why I’ve worked with the same coach for the better part of 3 years.
I share my personal experiences working with different coaches and open up the conversation about working with a coach for short periods versus long periods of time.
I’m a big believer that huge rewards come from the small, smart, consistent choices we make over time. Working with my coach these past few years has been incredible. She knows and understands me and my business and supports me to navigate the ins and outs of mindset challenges, limiting beliefs, and the ability to trust myself.
