I'm going to go through some of the frequently asked questions people have had for me about Self Made. I'm not doing this because it's a sales pitch, but because I think the answers are actually going to help you on your weight loss journey. Whether we work together or not, these are the kinds of questions that come up. And my answers are probably going to be universal whether this is about you deciding to have me as your coach, your new best friend, or just different things that come up for you in your own weight loss journey.
