Yesterday I put out the ask to followers on Instagram: what do you want me to talk about? Within minutes, I had multiple men bring up the topic of self-forgiveness. Questions like, “How do I forgive myself for infidelity? For lying? For a business that I ruined?” Friends, this is a big deal. I break down the reasons why we struggle to forgive ourselves, how we need to change how we look at forgiveness, and how it’s intimately tied to our sense of sovereignty.
