On today’s Wisdom Wednesday, I am talking to the fabulous podcasters and authors of Big Fat Negative, Emma Haslett and Gabby Griffith. I’ve been so looking forward to this podcast episode as infertility and the impact on mental health is a topic we haven’t really covered. Emma and Gabby launched their chart-topping podcast that’s entirely focused on the trials of trying for a baby. After realising that 1 in 6 couples struggle to conceive, the conversation around infertility was not being had publicly and instead those facing difficulty were left feeling isolated and alone. Emma and Gabby are on a mission to normalise and provide a different tone to the conversation and I am here for it.
