On today’s Wisdom Wednesdays I have a global leading teacher on the nervous system. The wonderful Irene Lyon teaches people around the world about how to work with the nervous system to transform trauma, heal the body and mind and live their fullest, most creative life. Irene’s programmes have reached thousands of people in over 90 countries, she has a Masters degree in biomedical and health science and has extensively studied the field of somatic healing.

I was so looking forward to speaking to Irene about the intricate details that involve our nervous system as this is something which is actually quite under discussed given how important it is - especially when it comes to understanding mental health and how we can all live better, more peaceful and happier lives.
