Witnessing Meditation
Having space held and being witnessed in our transformation, in our finding our way back to ourselves, in what should be the simple act of owning our own truth is vital, all-important. Being seen, being recognised,
with no judgement, no feedback, simply being held with love, with empathy, with compassion is so healing. When we are on a healing journey it is rare that we can do it on our own – we all need to have our hands held, we all need to be
seen. Really seen.
Now whilst I cannot physically see you, I am with you,
energetically and so today I want to simply witness what it is in your life and your heart that needs to be seen. My hands are open, my heart is open.
Within this meditation I also want you to begin to be witness to yourself. To hold yourself in loving kindness, to simply witness what is there for you today. And it may be different on any day that you repeat this meditation. Your task is to simply witness.
