Developing consistent practices that are beneficial to the mind, body, and soul are imperative to optimal wellbeing and joy. Yoga and Life Couch, Kerstin Phillips, emphasizes the importance of journaling, affirmations, and body/mind connection in her work with clients. On this episode, Kerstin and I discuss the power of journaling and how putting our thoughts onto paper can greatly aid in working through doubts, concerns, fears, and the understanding of our feelings. As a yoga teacher, Kerstin shares how she emphasizes mindfulness and how our thoughts are effecting how we feel in our bodies. We also explore the value of affirmations and what it means to connect with your calling and how to notice when things feel off in life because we're making decisions based on the expectations of others rather than on our own desires.

It is hard to find anyone in our world today who doesn't struggle to fully love and accept themselves. From the time we are born we are impacted by the events and circumstances of our lives so heavily that we can begin to believe they have the ability to build up or break down who we are as a human beings. We can spend a lifetime trying to feel whole and at peace with ourselves. My radiant guest, Monica Rodgers, has made it her life's work to guide women on this exact journey through their inner (r)evolution. On this episode we traverse many related topics including why women are the key to harmony and sustainability in the 21st Century, how to say Yes to the Mess, why the mess is a portal into self-liberation and self-love, and why circling with women is more important than ever.
Monica Rodgers is a tireless advocate for the full actualization of women, inspiring women everywhere that saying “YES to the MESS” is the missing link to self-love and personal liberation and awakening. Through The Revelation Project Podcast and group coaching programs, Monica guides women from trance to transcendence, revealing the toxic myths of social conditioning and self-doubt in order to illuminate the magic and magnificence of our imperfect selves. She believes that women can take action towards realizing our true potential only when we stop proving and striving to be who everyone wants us to be. When we reveal the truth of who we are, we return to our “original design” and
with the practice of self-love and compassion, we become aligned, opening the portal into our divine purpose where true prosperity dwells. There has never been a more important time for women to reveal the truth of who we are as a catalyst for positive change in the world as the
Divine Feminine returns in the Sophia Century.

Although many people may be tempted to disagree, there is a creative gift within each of us just waiting to be expressed fully in all its glory. Robin Reynolds is making it her life's work to enable others to unleash their unique brand of creative magic. This is done through an alchemic process of releasing the bonds that hold us back and allowing our creative channels to open up and express the beauty of creation that lies within. On this episode, Robin and I have a broad and profound discussion around matters of personal creativity and the deep wounds, pain, and self doubt that keep them locked away within us. We explore the many different forms that creativity can manifest through us into the world such as art, humor, singing, dancing, writing, poetry, and how we can learn to tap into this energy rather than keep it stifled. Robin believes that creativity is powerful magic and is committed to helping women tap into their inner artists. Her career has included work as a chemist, a systems engineer, and in public health, but she is most proud of her work as an artist and creative coach. Her organization, Ink & Alchemy, is focused on deep creative work for the purpose of personal growth and transformation and supports women as they reconnect with their inner voices and become grounded in a creative practice to fill their lives with joy and passion.
