有空的话必须做运动 when I have free time, I like to do sports very often in my life
去健身房或者跑步  I can go to the gym or sometimes just go for a run
不喜欢跑步机而是户外 not on the treadmill but in the riverside park
条件允许的话 我80%精力都用来运动  if possible I would spend eighty percent of my leisure time to do different kinds of sports

学习骑行 Speaking of the topic, I must say it is about learning how to ride a bicycle
平衡感不好  I couldn't find the balance when I'm on the bike
我害怕骑车有两个原因 For me, I was a bit scared of it, two points
怕在人多的地方骑车 I was afraid of many people at a time on the street
我不是自己学 我朋友来帮我  I didn't learn it by myself, one of my best friends came to me and helped me out
现在骑的很好 不害怕啦 I don't have to think too much about my dangerous problem because I am a good rider

找对路子放松 find a way out, they need to relax a little bit

饭店的食材和作料跟家里的不一样 ingredients and raw materials in the restaurant could be very different from we have had at home

青岛 海滨之城 The city that I like to talk about is Qingdao, where is located right in Shandong province, a coastal city
位置优越 靠海 四季分明 Its location is nearly perfect and getting close to the seaside, and four seasons are distinctive
喜欢青岛的一切 海鲜 气候 海风 the seafood, the climate, and the cool sea breeze, you know everything in Qingdao could be perfect to me
冬暖夏凉 you wouldn't find that many many cold days in winter time or many many hot days in summertime

我肯定上网 I would certainly go online
用手机或者笔记本而不是台式电脑 but with my smart phone or laptop, not the computer
不用付钱 基本是免费的  I don't have to pay for it, it is normally free of charge
学习的时候戴耳机 适应啦 I like putting on my earphone then listen to some music when I'm studying something, and I am used to it

至少三四次  three to four times at least 最多 at the most
日常工作和学习 my regular work or study
对我而言 for my part/personally/for me/in my mind
我喜欢网络银行 网恋和网购 the Internet banking, Internet dating and online shopping could be my favorite
对网络游戏没兴趣  I have no interest in online games
