I am so lucky to be joined today by three amazing women who are here to share their transformative experiences with group coaching. In this episode, Colleen, Jenn, and Kimberly offer their insights into how working together has made an impact on their personal growth.
You’ll hear about these women’s favorite versions of themselves and explore the steps they took to get there. They share practical tools they've embraced to create meaningful change, as well as pivotal “aha” moments they had in coaching that helped them navigate real-life challenges.
As you listen, I hope you can take inspiration for how coaching strategies and practices can be integrated into your life. Remember–coaching is not a quick fix, but a continuous work in progress. The joy of working with a group is that it provides you with your very own cheerleading team and a valuable support system throughout that journey.

The tendency to tie our self-worth to material wealth often causes our emotional well-being to suffer. How can we begin to discover that emotional health has a greater influence on becoming our favorite versions of ourselves than the amount of money we make or the success of our careers?
I am so lucky to be joined on the podcast today by one of my former clients and friends, Kirsty Knight. In this episode, Kirsty talks about her experience with coaching and how learning the skills to be emotionally healthy led to more confidence in her business and more freedom in her life.

In the spirit of having a happy and emotionally healthy 2025, I want to talk about something relevant to the dawn of a new year: Fresh starts and new beginnings.
I want to remind you that each new moment in your life can be a fresh start or a new beginning. You do not wait for anything other than your favorite version of yourself to tell you when it's time to start something new or to give yourself a do-over.
In this episode, I talk about the impact that fresh starts and new beginnings have on your life, and the nuances to be aware of to help guide you on your personal growth journey. Doing things in a new way can be uncomfortable, and evolving is typically not cozy and comfy. However, it is the key to growing and becoming a new favorite version of you.

Why does your body feel the way it does when you’re working through big emotions? It all has to do with your nervous system. In this episode, I am joined by Master Certified Somatic Life Coach Victoria Albina. We go over the basics of the nervous system and discuss why listening to your body is crucial to your overall well-being.
The nervous system affects our ability to be present and show up as our favorite version of ourselves. Most of us have been socialized and conditioned NOT to listen to our bodies. In this episode, Victoria offers solutions and strategies to help you listen to what you truly want and understand that stepping out of habit and into intentionality will bring the benefits of being connected to your body.

We often have the impulse to push away our negative emotions during difficult times, but working through our feelings is necessary for the healing and growth that will allow us to move forward. In this episode, I share tools and strategies to help you pull yourself out of the darkness and find even a tiny flicker of light to hold onto.
I’ve found that on the other side of struggle is a deeper understanding of ourselves and a fiercer commitment to living our truth. If you're in the midst of darkness right now, just know that you're not alone. The journey through difficult times is not easy, but it's always worth it.

In this episode, I’m interviewed by my coaching friend, Laura Conley, who hosts the Lose Weight for the Last Time podcast. Laura and I talk about the essential practices for becoming your favorite version of you, and we go deep into why putting yourself first is a valuable tool even if it can be challenging at first.
I also give you some tips for embracing quiet and stillness that will help you make time for yourself. Remember, your longest relationship is with yourself. Treating your mind and body with the same kindness and care that you have for others is an important step toward a life that you love.
Laura Conley is the founder of the Yummy Mummy Method (which has successfully helped hundreds of women lose weight for the last time!) and has been lovingly labeled the “Fun Weight Loss Coach” by her clients. Laura helps mamas who have been painfully struggling with diet drama to lose weight for the last time and free themselves from food chatter forever - all from a place of love.

I'm so excited to have my son, Jack Parsons, and his incredible career mentor, Andrea Nameche, on the podcast to share their financial expertise.
For years, I didn't pay much attention to my family's finances, outsourcing the job to my husband. When I became an entrepreneur, I realized how little I knew and I wanted that to change.
I’ve learned so much with the help of Jack and Andrea, and I hope their insights show you that you can be in charge of your own financial future too. In this episode, we talk about the importance of seeking guidance with your finances and how it's never too late to become your favorite, financially empowered version of you.
