As someone who's walked the rocky path of trauma, I've learned the great importance of self-compassion and connection. I was inspired to do this podcast episode based on some conversations that I've been having with the women in my one-on-one and group sessions.
So many of us think that we are extra special, broken, and that if anyone finds out, we're gonna be isolated and shunned. Today, we'll talk about this and prove that we are all somehow alike and that healing emanates from acknowledging our shared experiences and allowing ourselves to feel the full range of human emotions.
Let's learn to love both the luminous and shadowy parts of ourselves because they make us who we are.

Have you ever read a book that is so good, it totally changed your life? I was first introduced to this book by my coach, Maggie Reyes, when I was initially working with her for the first six to eight months to work on my marriage. The book that I'm talking about is The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.
I read this book back probably five years ago now, and it's all about how, if we could live by these four agreements that he has set out that our lives would be free of a lot of the suffering that we live with now. So, if you're yearning for change, tune in, and together, let’s walk on the path of The Four Agreements.

Think about the last time you were judging someone. I want to say right now that it is totally normal to catch yourself judging things all the time. But if you use curiosity instead of judgment to figure these things out, the outcome over time can change.
In this episode, let's uncover how curiosity leads you to open up and look for the answer. And how judgment simply shuts you down and leads to less desire to know. As I have stated before, I think the purpose of life is to get to know yourself on the deepest level possible and stay in curiosity until you do.
So, join me on this enlightening episode as we redefine judgment and explore the profound power of curiosity.
