  • Ep 62: How to Survive Time With Your Family (without too much drama)

    Send us Fan Mail

Do you end up getting into fights with your parents/siblings in your family reunions? Or just feel stressed and nervous before you see them?

What if it could be different this time?
What if you could use this opportunity to show your kids how to navigate difficult relationships with grace, calm, and compassion?
To be the example on how to set boundaries without getting hurt or hurting others?

Why should you even consider doing so much effort when it's "their fault" anyways?
Because unless and until you realize what's really going on in the relationships with your parents/sibligns, you'll always be the victim of it. And it will keep holding power over you, your reactions, your emotions.

It's time to take your power and peace back.

Are you up for the challenge?
    Let's go!

How to go through the times when you or/and your kids are sick, without losing your mind?

  • Ep 60: Your Stress-Free Christmas Plan

    Send us Fan Mail

I’m curious, what memories do you have about Christmas when you were a child? And what were your best memories about?

And what is your most important focus now that you have become a mom?

Is it the cleaning, cooking, perfect gifts, planning perfect parties and visits, … so that you can feel you did the best you could and won’t be judged?

And what if you didn’t have to feel stressed and under pressure this year?

I know, asking a lot of questions.

Well, if you grew up like me with a super-stressed supermom who wanted everything to be perfect, and always ended up creating the biggest drama, especially during Christmas, then this podcast episode is for you.

There is another way. You don’t have to become your mom, no matter how much you love her.

And December can really be a month full of peace, love, and joy. It’s totally doable, for you too.

    Send us Fan Mail

If you can’t calm yourself down when you’re overwhelmed and tired, you can’t expect your kids to be able to do the same.

And I’m saying that with all of my compassion. Because I know how hard and impossible it feels to be able to stay calm and loving when you’re already running empty of energy and they keep asking for more…

    • What does it take to be able to be there for your kids, without sacrificing your own mental health?
    • Why you can stop looking for the answers in the parenting books?
    • And what is one simple thing you can already do today, right now?

Come with me and let’s talk…

  • Ep 58: 3 Steps To Stop Feeling The Need To Prove Yourself Constantly

    Send us Fan Mail

How often do you catch yourself feeling the pressure of not being good enough, comparing yourself to others, needing to prove yourself?

It used to be such a core part of my autopilot, seeded so deep that I didn’t even notice it. My entire day, my to-do list, how I looked at myself in the mirror, … everything used to be tinted by that need.

And no matter how hard I tried, I could never get to the point when I felt happy with myself and allowed myself to take a break and stop those critical voices in my head.

And I don’t have to tell you what a damaging impact it had when I became a mom…

    So hear me out.

You are not your critical voices in your head.

You were not born having low self-esteem.

You are not here to keep hiding, keep pushing, keep feeling not enough.

Want to start cleaning it up, FINALLY?

    Then come with me…

  • Ep 57: How to Stay Calm When Kids Are Not Listening

    Send us Fan Mail

    Yes, I hear you.

Kids not listening is the N.1 reason why moms start yelling.

You know shouting at your kids is bad, and you don’t enjoy all this drama either but what else can you do after you asked them nicely and patiently already like 10 times?

Of course, you blow up eventually because this is just not fair! Why are YOU the only one who’s supposed to do everything for everyone? They should all be helping too, or at least not make it so difficult!

I hear you. This story used to be on auto-loop in my head too, for longer than I’d like to admit.

Until I finally became sick of it.

If you’re done wasting time memorizing parenting scripts that don’t work anyway, then dive in with me.

Because there’s so much more going on under the surface. And once you see it, you’ll be able to take your power back and finally create a home where everyone feels happy, respected, and heard.

Want that for you and your family too?

  • Ep 56: Resentful and Angry With Your Partner, But a Part of You Still Loves Him? Do This…

    Send us Fan Mail

    • If you treat your husband as your eldest child because he doesn’t help enough and just nags for your physical attention…
    • If you’re angry with him because he yells at the kids even more than you do…
    • If you’re resentful of him because his life didn’t have to change much since you became parents, because you’re the one who sacrificed everything and continues to burn out like an exhausted zombie, …

… no wonder your relationship doesn’t feel the way it used to.

Why breaking it off without learning all your lessons and healing yourself first doesn’t work?

And if there’s still a part of you that loves him after all, how to stop this downward spiral even without him going to therapy?

    Listen in.

  • Ep 55: How To Manage Time Pressure With Your Kids

    Send us Fan Mail

It’s easy to be a calm mom when there’s no time pressure, nowhere to go… But that happens like once a month, right? Otherwise you keep running at the speed of light 24/7.

So how do you do that, without losing your patience, and without yelling at your kids?

Because I know you’ve already noticed - when you’re running late, the more things you have to squeeze in, the less your kids usually want to cooperate, and you end up shouting in a way you regret and keep thinking about for the next hours…

What if I told you there was a way to stay calm, without running late, without becoming a lazy mom?

Time is ticking, so let’s get started!

  • Ep 54: How It Feels When Your Childhood Trauma is Healed And You No Longer Explode in Anger

    Send us Fan Mail

“I’ll be happy and calm when… (a list of conditions follows).”

That was the autopilot on which I ran. And because I couldn’t imagine my life NOT being stressful and super busy anytime soon, that also meant that I felt I could not be a zen mom any time soon.

At least not until my daughter leaves home and I have fewer things to worry about. But then - duh! - that would be kind of late to start being a calm & happy mom, right?!

That’s when I realized I was locking myself up into a trap of contradictory expectations.

Do you know what I’m talking about?

So what if there was a way? And it was possible for you too…

    • To stop experiencing that uncontrollable anger.
    • To stop burning out, and falling on your face with exhaustion every day.
    • Without anything/anybody else changing, but you.

    What would be possible then?

How could your life be different?

That’s what I’m going to share in this very personal episode.

Not because I’m perfect and my ego wants to show off.

But to open you up to the possibility that you can feel better too.

Come with me and let’s talk…
