In celebration of International Women's Day I sat down with the inspiring Lu. She’s the founder of Blooming Founders and Blooms London. 

I chose Lu for this episode because herself and her work totally embodies the heart of International Women's Day, which this year is to ‘Press for Progress’. 

She talked more about her story into business, the common barriers she sees female entrepreneurs facing and the part we can play to press for progress in the workplace. It’s a good one!
