I'm a huge believer in the power of reflection and intention setting, so in this last episode of 2019 I want to share with you how I reflect on all areas of my business and apply this to my goal setting.

- Reconnect to your big picture - values, impact, audience, WHY.

- Review how your current business is reflecting that^.

- Look at every area of your business, measure how it's playing a role in meeting that big picture and identify one thing that you would like to start, stop and continue.
