This question has been raised before on the podcast but I'm interested to give a real chunk of time and space to the idea that being busy all the time, equals success.

With the amount of time you put into your business being glamourised I wanted to explore this conversation with Jo, founder of Mad & Sad Club, who's mission is to show that you can be successful without burning yourself out. 

As someone who's has done the long hours building my business I am realising that now that hard work isn't the hours sat at your desk but, hard work is working with intention.
