If you've been listening to this podcast for a while you will have heard me quote my Dad a few times, as his wisdom has definitely contributed to the growth of this business.

One of the many things I find inspiring about my Dad is the intentional relationship he has built with rest, balance and rhythm. Like many of us he has experienced burn out, so he has lots to share on building a daily, monthly, yearly rhythm to his work to counteract over working.
