We were blown away by our conversation with Ivo Pirisi on last week’s episode of 100 Not Out.

Ivo is our host at our Sardinian Longevity Experience in August, and if last week was anything to go by, we are going to learn a lot in Sardinia!

Ivo didn’t believe that longevity is as simple as purpose, movement and engagement, given that in Sardinia, every village is so different to the next.
