This week’s incredible guest is Jill Coleman.
Jill is a leading fitness expert + online entrepreneurial BADASS, whose passion resides in helping women take the stress out of health and nutrition to live life with optimal levels of happiness and strength.
Jill has been in health + fitness industry for 16 + years which includes degrees in Exercise Science +in Human Nutrition. Jill launched her personal brand, JillFit.com, in 2010. Her work has since been featured in major publications and platforms including SELF, Family Circle, SHAPE, Women’s Health, Prevention, Yahoo Health, Livestrong, and many more.
One thing I really admire about Jill is her vulnerability + honesty in sharing some of the great challenges of her past.
From her empowering growth mindset + living a life where she continuously shows up as a champion despite challenges, she has led other women into doing the same for themselves.
