An unexpected positive that's happened over the last few months is that I've been forced to get creative with how I record this podcast and it's been fun to mix things up and try out different ways to record and different episode lengths.

That said, it's been about a year since I relaunched this podcast with a new format of high / low, conversation starter and quick fire Q's and whilst I've loved it feels like a good time to add in something new.

So, we're going to start including some behind the scenes episodes, bringing you into what's going on in my business and giving you an insight to how I'm running things, what's changing, what's coming next.

It will be me and Emily sitting down to talk about a real life question, topic, or problem in the business having an honest conversation as we walk through it.

In this first BTS episode Emily and I had just got off a call with my accountant, Ben, to talk about all of the legalities and details involved to take Emily from being a freelancer to being a part-time employee in my business.

This is an honest, pretty uncut chat about our thoughts, questions, concerns around this transition, when we're going to do it and how.
