Welcome to another episode of For You From Eve! We are back with another For You Friday series and WOW do we get DEEP in this one. I start by talking to you guys about healing my sleep anxiety, and rituals that I do in order to sleep with a calmer mind. I then start to talk about our bodies physically healing when we take time off from the gym AND then we get into a very big rant on healing from a past relationship. Whether your relationship was long term, ended well, or ended bad, the act of comparison and dependance seems to sneak up on us all. I go over ways to slowly heal from a past relationship, accept the memories you had with this person, and how it is impossible to ever love the same again.
