Chapter 17 The 5 AM Club Members Become Heroes of Their Lives （part 3)

场景：

他们在参观曼德拉的监狱的时候，随从跟他们说了一些故事，尤其是说到曼德拉是如何在那非常困难的环境下，建立了不凡的意志力和展示了高超的领袖力，让大家都很感动。

Leadership is for everyone. Each of us, no matter where we live, what we do, what’s happened to us in the past and what we’re experiencing right now, must release the shackles of blame, chains of hate, leg irons of apathy and prison bars of ordinary that keep us in slavery to the dark forces of our lowest nature. 

每个人都有领袖力。我们之中的每个人无论活在哪里，做什么，在过去中发生在我们身上的事和现在我们正在经历的。必须要释放那批判的枷锁，仇恨的锁链，在脚上的冷冰冰的铁块，还有那让我们一直屈就于最低本性的监狱牢房里。
