Looking at other business owners it's easy to assume everyone knows what they're doing and you're the only one figuring it out as you go, but the more business owners I meet the more I realise we're all trying things out, seeing what works and learning as we go.

Joined by Kay, founder of Leafage we chat about how there is no magic formula when it comes to building a business and we're all making it up as we go along, even if it doesn't look like that from the outside.
