The Biggest Top Tips for Function Health and Longevity

  1. Develop resilience. Learning to respond to situations rather than reacting will help you do that. Heating your body in a sauna and then taking a cold shower will also help you develop resilience.
  2. Becoming more active and doing strength training will ensure that you stay healthy, get stronger, and live longer.
  3. Be happy, practice gratitude, and try smiling more. Life is so much easier when you are grateful for what you have, and when you take yourself less seriously and focus on the positives in life!
