This week I'm chatting with an incredibly inspirational guest, Jay Chase! Jay had what many of us would consider a stereotypical "rock bottom" that ultimately led him to sobriety. But he turned inwards and used that experience to fuel incredible personal growth. He now inspires so many through his Instagram, his podcast Don't Touch My Mindset, and through motivational speaking for those in recovery. He also just turned 6 years sober a couple days before this episode! I'm so grateful I got to have this conversation with Jay, and even more grateful that I get to share it with you!
