This week, I'm chatting about something that I've heard many people struggling with lately, and that I also struggled with in my first couple years of sobriety. And that is: feeling disappointed in yourself and like it's a "failure" if you have moments of missing alcohol and wanting to drink. I share some reminders to help us return to the truth that having these moments is an inevitable part of getting sober. And rather than view them as a failure, we can reframe them as a sober WIN.
