It can be hard to get a good night's sleep if you have a lot on your mind from the day before. However, a great way to process all these thoughts and/or worries is to journal about them before bed. This way, you can get a better sleep, and be much more refreshed in the morning. Use the exploration questions below to start your nightly journaling, so that you can make your mornings a little brighter.
