So this time last year I got trolled for the first time. It was during the launch of my group programme, a time I was showing up and shouting loudly and to say the experience was tough would be an understatement, so in this episode, I wanted to let you in a little more on what that looked like for me and how I navigated my way through it joined by my brilliant friend Jess.
