Day 11 自我察觉挑战

How do I respond to situations that force me to get out of my comfort zone? 我是如何回应那些让我强迫走出舒服圈的事物？

I usually take on the challenge and actively adjust my feelings. For instance, during my round-the-world trip, while volunteering, many situations required me to step out of my comfort zone. This time, I challenged myself by doing various tasks such as babysitting, gardening, and working as a librarian. Although these were not things I would normally do, they made me realize that I am capable of succeeding in these roles, which gave me a sense of achievement.

通常我都会挑战看看，也会积极的去调整我自己的感受。这次我在环球旅行的时候，在做义工的时候其实会发生很多需要强迫走出舒服圈的事情，例如这次我挑战做了很多不同的事情，像是保姆、园丁和图书馆员，在过程中虽然都是我平常不会做的事情，但是也让我感觉自己原来能够胜任这些角色的成就。
