How do I respond when I make a mistake or when I fail at something? 当我犯错或失败的时候,我是如何回应?
I currently respond to small mistakes with ease and big mistakes with self-blame and depression, I aim to change this pattern. By practicing self-compassion, learning from my mistakes, maintaining a positive mindset, and seeking support, I hope to use mistakes and failures as motivation to do better next time.
