Day 10 挑战问题：What relationships are cluttering your emotional space, and how can you address them?

Answer:

"For me, there are some friendships that make me feel drained, especially when it seems like I don’t live up to their expectations. In those moments, I usually go inward and become introspective. I hold space for myself and others, allowing time to reflect on the situation. Then, I try to find the right opportunity to talk about it with them. My motto is: We're not perfect, but we can try doing our best."
