Call it what it is! If you were in a toxic relationship with a significant other (constantly fighting and getting back together etc), you would break up with them in order to be free and happy! Break with with the binge and strict cycle that is holding you back from achieving your fat loss goals. Take control of your life and be the adult that you are!
