Today, I had the great pleasure of interviewing Darcy Eikenberg. She is a leadership and career coach and the author of the book, Red Cape Rescue: Save Your Career Without Leaving Your Job. Her mission and the mission of this book is "to help us change our lives at work without having to change everything in our lives."

We will take a deep dive into the 3 sections of her book; Reset How You Think, Revise What You Say and Reinvent What You Do. It seems to be the norm that when you don't like what you are doing at work or you begin to get bored that you move companies and make a career change. So, I found it very interesting how she has come up with a way of helping people and showing them how they don't have to completely change their lives but yet still be fulfilled and excited about getting up for work everyday.
