Who is the authority in your life? For a long time, my job was my authority. Being a lawyer dictated my choice, my story, and it dictated the way I saw myself. The character that I was writing for myself was the character of a lawyer. I did things a lawyer would do, and I didn't do things that I thought a lawyer wouldn't do. My job as my lawyer started to tell me who I was and what I did.

My biggest challenge over the past few years has been the authority in my life when it comes to my business. This is because I wasn't sure who I wanted to serve, whether Business to business (B2B) or speak for women I knew were not advocating for themselves (B2C).
