How are you speaking to yourself?

Especially when on a spiritual path, people often think, "I should get this by now," "What is wrong with me?" "Why is everyone else further along than me?"

Everything will begin to shift when you work from wherever you are is exactly where you are meant to be, that if you don't get it 100% perfect, you don't have to throw in the towel and quit, you just keep going and pick yourself back up again.

No-one is "there" everyone is learning, give yourself enough grace and love to see that in yourself.
