Productivity issues exist everywhere you look. Work, home, school, sport, social occasions, to name a few. 

Over my professional career, I have certainly been through patches where productivity is far from optimal. If I’m brutally honest, even today as I type this, my days’ productivity has been seriously rattled. 

There is no perfect system for productivity. No golden egg, no magic wand. For each of us, it will look different and be made up of different elements. However there are some pretty hand ‘smarts’ that I’ve managed to pick up over the years of speaking with hundreds of amazing business owners and as a result, I have formed a system that works best for me. 

In this podcast, I explain what that looks like, so you can take from it what you like and adapt it to make it yours. 

It’s my experience that regardless of how busy you are, planning and strategy can help you become more efficient. This is my personal mission for 2019. I will become a productivity master and I hope the same for you.
